How To Clear the OnApp IP Whitelist

This guide will show you how to log into the Advanced Control Panel for your Togglebox Cloud. The Advanced Control Panel (OnApp) is the Cloud Backend Portal, and will offer more options for Virtual Server managment.

Prerequisites

• An active Cloud service

Step 1) Selecting the Cloud

From the Client Area go to the My Services menu, and select a Cloud category.

Then, select the cloud from your list that you wish to access.

Step 2) Access the Advanced Control Panel tab

Click on the "Advanced Control Panel" tab

Step 3) Opening the IP Whitelist

Inside the Advanced Control Panel tab click on the IP Whitelist button.
In the popup modal window, click the Clear Whitelist button.
Hint: You can add IPs to your whitelist from the Advanced Control Panel Notice: If you add IPs to your whitelist your whitelist will also be updated with multiple Togglebox IPs. This is required so our different systems can communicate and is completely normal.
