How do I cancel my service?
The best way to go about this is to email our billing team, or submit a ticket from your account portal from the Support menu -> Open new ticket.
We will then review your account and send you the necessary steps.
IMPORTANT: REMOVING YOUR VIRTUAL MACHINES FROM AN ACTIVE CLOUD DOES NOT CANCEL THE CLOUD VIRTUAL DATACENTER OUT -- It only releases the resources for re-use.
ADDITIONALLY: IF YOU HAVE A PAYPAL PAYMENT SUBSCRIPTION SETUP FOR THE SERVICE YOU ARE CANCELING YOU NEED TO TURN IT OFF FROM INSIDE YOUR PAYPAL ACCOUNT! Paypal payment subscriptions DO NOT check to see if you have any money owed, any open invoices, or even any active services. They will continue to charge your PayPal account until you discontinue the Payment Subscription!
